Thank you for considering my services at byRobCampbell. I understand that shipping is an important consideration when it comes to purchasing art, and I'm happy to provide you with all the information you need to make an informed decision.
SHIPPING INFORMATION: I offer free delivery for all artwork within Australia. If you're located overseas, please email me at rob@byrobcampbell.com.au and I'll be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for finished artwork.
PO BOX DELIVERIES: Unfortunately, I'm unable to deliver to PO Boxes. I require a physical address for delivery, but I'm more than happy to deliver to your company or work address if that's more convenient for you.
DELIVERY PROCESS: I take great care to ensure that your byRobCampbell artwork is delivered to you in the best possible condition. My expert couriers will deliver your artwork directly to your door in pristine condition.
RECEIVING YOUR DELIVERY: For security reasons, I require someone to be present at the delivery address to sign for your artwork. If you're unable to be present, please let me know, in checkout, and I'll make arrangements for your artwork to be left in a safe and secure location at your home.
DELIVERY TIMELINE: I custom make your artwork to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your artwork to be created and delivered to you. Generally artwork is delivered earlier than this but if you have any concerns, please email me.
DAMAGED ARTWORK: In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please let me know immediately. I take great pride in my packaging and delivery process, but sometimes things can go wrong. I'll arrange for a replacement artwork to be sent to you as soon as possible.

Returns
My return policy is 30-days from the date of purchase.
Please be advised that I do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Therefore, I recommend that you carefully consider your purchase before placing an order.
In the event that an item is defective or damaged, I will gladly exchange it for a new one. Please contact me at rob@byrobcampbell.com.au to initiate the exchange process.
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will notify the results to you by email and organise an exchange or refund.
